According to the Secretariat of the National Iranian Nursing Research Network based in Tabriz, the second meeting of the Strategic Council of the third period of the Nursing Research Network was held on Sunday, August 22, from 8:30 to 10:30 virtually with the presence of the members of the Strategic Council of the third period.
In this meeting, the head of the Nursing Research Network, Dr. Leila Valizadeh, while offering condolences on the occasion of Tasua and Ashura of Hosseini, presented a report on the network's actions and activities in the last two months, including introducing and appointing members of the Research-Educational Council, Ministry correspondence regarding automation, request for allocation of funds and correspondence in order to attract financial resources for projects and the status of new working groups and twelve meetings held in 2021 and the most important approvals and actions.
Also, the proposal of the bibliometric plan of nursing scientific products in the last four decades of Iran and the world, the project of designing the management dashboard of the Nursing Research Network, and the project of the Nursing Database and the Big Data Center of Nursing Research were introduced. The call for participation in the working groups was raised at the meeting and it was also decided to form a Covid working group according to the COVID-19 pandemic conditions.
Following the meeting, Dr. Irajpour, Dr. Nejatian, Dr. Abbaszadeh, Dr. Cheraghi, Dr. Joybari, Dr. Fakhr Movahedi, Dr. Alhani, Dr. Oskooi, Dr. Nasrabadi and Dr. Milani expressed their views and suggestions on the tasks of the working groups, composition of working groups and how to continue the activities of the network, stated and agreed upon the proposal of planning and implementation of webinars by the network, under the title of "webinar explaining the mutual expectations of the network and stakeholders" to be held in 2021.
